How do I configure my e-mail software?

Your e-mail software is the program you use to send and receive e-mail. You will need to configure each of your e-mail accounts within the program to be able to send and receive e-mail. This is done by selecting the properties option and stepping through the on-screen instructions to enter your mail servers and user information. If you do not know your incoming mail server (POP) or outgoing mail server (SMTP) information, please follow these steps:
  • Log into Account Info found in Member Services.
  • Select the Dial-in Sites option under Cities.
  • Select the city where you are located and click [Get Info].
  • You should then be able to view your configuration information. Please use this information to configure the e-mail software for your account.
