How do I change my dialer in Windows NT?

You may need to change the number that you dial for Internet access for a number of reasons. For example, if you move to a new area you'll want to change your dialer so that you dial into a local site to avoid toll charges.

To find the dial-in number for your location:
  • Log into Account Info found in Member Services.
  • Select the Dial-in Sites option under Cities.
  • Select the city where you are located and click [Get Info].
  • The dial-in number will then be presented to you.
To change your dialer:
  • Double-click the 'My Computer' icon on you desktop.
  • Double-click the 'Dial-up Networking' icon.
  • Select your BellSouth® Internet Service account.
  • Change the dial-in number to the new number.
  • Click OK.
