Why is my connection so slow?
There are a number of factors that impact your connection speed. The main factors are the type of modem you use, the amount of noise in the line at your location, and your distance from the central office. Unfortunately, not all customers are able to achieve maximum speeds. We recommend that you double-check you have the latest drivers installed for your modem.
